TERMS OF USE AND MEDICAL NOTICE

1. General provisions and definitions

1.1. These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the conditions of use of the website www.drsalvadorkaplan.com (the "Site").

1.2. The Site is operated by Dr. Salvador Kaplan, a physician licensed by the Ministry of Health (the "Operator").

1.3. "User": any person who browses or makes use of the Site.

1.4. Use of the Site is subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. A User who does not accept any of their conditions should refrain from using the Site.

2. Medical notice

2.1. The content of the Site, including articles, explanations, treatment descriptions, frequently asked questions and images, constitutes general information.

2.2. The content of the Site does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, therapeutic indication or treatment recommendation, and does not replace an individual medical consultation.

2.3. For any symptom, question or concern regarding one's state of health, a qualified medical professional should be consulted.

2.4. Seeking medical care should not be delayed, and professional advice received should not be disregarded, on account of information read on the Site.

2.5. Descriptions of technologies, devices or protocols appearing on the Site are based on information provided by their manufacturers or distributors. Their presentation constitutes neither an independent medical opinion nor any assurance of suitability for a particular case.

3. No doctor–patient relationship

3.1. Browsing the Site, reading its content, submitting an enquiry through it or opening a conversation by messaging do not create a doctor–patient relationship.

3.2. Such a relationship arises only upon an in-person medical consultation and the carrying out of an individual clinical assessment.

3.3. Any general reply given to a preliminary enquiry constitutes neither a diagnosis nor a medical opinion, and should not be relied upon as such.

4. Results and suitability for treatment

4.1. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors, including the starting condition, age, genetic and hormonal factors and adherence to instructions.

4.2. No result is guaranteed or asserted.

4.3. Whether any procedure is indicated is determined solely by individual, in-person medical assessment.

4.4. Images, descriptions and explanations published on the Site do not imply that a treatment is suitable for a particular case and do not constitute any assurance of a comparable result.

5. Enquirers and patients not resident in Israel

5.1. The services are provided exclusively in Israel and subject to Israeli law.

5.2. An enquiry made from abroad creates no obligation to provide treatment and does not constitute confirmation of the enquirer's suitability to receive it.

5.3. It is for a non-resident enquirer to ascertain for themselves any requirements applicable to them in their country of residence, including those relating to entry into Israel, medical insurance, continuity of medical follow-up after their return, and insurance cover for treatments carried out outside their country of residence.

5.4. The content of the Site does not constitute an offer of medical treatment in any territory where such an offer is not permitted under the applicable rules.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All intellectual property rights in the Site, including the design, source code, texts, images, distinctive signs and logo, belong to the Operator or to their respective owners.

6.2. Copying, reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public, modifying or commercially exploiting the content of the Site, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

6.3. Personal use and quotation with attribution are permitted.

6.4. Third-party marks, product names and materials referred to on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes. Their mention implies no claim of ownership or affiliation.

7. Third-party content and services

11.1. These Terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the law of the State of Israel.

11.2. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Terms or from use of the Site lies with the competent courts of the State of Israel.

12. Language versions

12.1. The Terms are published in Hebrew, Spanish and English.

12.2. In the event of any contradiction or discrepancy between the versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

13. Amendments

13.1. The Terms may be updated from time to time.

13.2. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its last-updated date.
