ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

1. Commitment

1.1. We regard the accessibility of the Site as part of providing a proper service, and we work to enable comfortable and equitable use by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

1.2. Accessibility is an ongoing process, which we continue to review and improve.

2. Regulatory framework

2.1. We recognise the obligations arising from the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2.2. No formal accessibility audit has been carried out by a qualified external body and, accordingly, we do not declare conformance with any particular standard or level of adequacy. What is set out in this statement describes the actual position, as verified internally.

3. Accessibility measures actually implemented

3.1. The Site has an accessibility menu, reachable from every page, which allows the User to:

3.1.1. change the text size;

3.1.2. change letter spacing and line spacing;

3.1.3. switch to a more readable typeface;

3.1.4. enable high contrast mode;

3.1.5. enable dark mode;

3.1.6. enable greyscale display;

3.1.7. highlight links;

3.1.8. highlight headings;

3.1.9. enlarge the cursor;

3.1.10. pause animations;

3.1.11. reset all adjustments.

3.2. The accessibility menu can be operated by keyboard alone: navigation using the Tab key, activation using Enter or the space bar, and closing using the Escape key.

3.3. Keyboard focus is visible when moving between interface elements.

3.4. When the accessibility menu is opened, keyboard focus remains within it, and on closing it returns to the button from which it was opened.

3.5. The home page has a link that skips directly to the main content, available as the first element in keyboard navigation.

3.6. The Site supports right-to-left writing in Hebrew and left-to-right writing in Spanish and English.

3.7. The Site is adapted for viewing on mobile devices and for changes in display size.

3.8. The contact form has labels associated with its fields, and the explanatory notice is associated with the submit button.

4. Known limitations

4.1. No external accessibility audit and no testing with people with disabilities have been carried out.

4.2. No documented testing with screen readers has been carried out.

4.3. The accessibility menu and the skip-to-content link are not uniformly available on every page of the Site.

4.4. No accessibility coordinator has been appointed.

4.5. To the extent that further limitations are identified, they will be described here.

5. Third-party content and services

5.1. The Site uses typefaces loaded from an external service and includes links to third-party services.

5.2. We exercise no control over the level of accessibility of those services.

6. Contacting us about accessibility

6.1. If you have encountered a difficulty or an accessibility barrier on the Site, we would be grateful to hear about it and will work to correct it.
